Hello, friends! We’re back at the Bajaj service center, and we have a special mission – to assemble the new Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z. This is a brand-new model we’ve been waiting for years, and now it’s finally here.
This motorcycle has just started rolling off the production line, and I’m confident it will become a real hit. In this video, I’ll show you the assembly process, while the detailed review and test ride will come a bit later.
The Assembly Process
Bajaj motorcycles arrive in factory packaging and need a bit of work: attaching the handlebars, mirrors, footrests, filling up with fuel, and installing the battery. It’s not difficult, but there’s a certain charm in watching a motorcycle "come to life." In the past, bikes were often sold in boxes, and buyers assembled them themselves. Now, we deliver motorcycles fully assembled so customers can enjoy their purchase right away.
I noticed that the NS400Z shares a lot in common with the Dominar 400, particularly the engine. However, its appearance and dimensions are more reminiscent of the NS200, though the new model looks a bit bulkier.
The First Start
After assembly, the most exciting moment arrived – the first start. We checked all the systems, filled it with fuel, and installed the battery. The motorcycle started on the first try, and that’s always thrilling. The new Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z looks and sounds fantastic. The dashboard is updated, and everything works perfectly.
What’s Next?
Coming up next is the review and test ride, where I’ll go into detail about the specifications and compare the NS400Z with other models like the Dominar 400, NS200, and even the KTM Duke 390. I can’t wait to test it on the road and share my impressions.
